Cabinet Services

Step 1 Graphic.png

It can start one of two ways. You can measure the areas you would like new cabinetry in and send a drawing over along with some photo inspirations you may have gathered. With those details we can generate an estimate for you. The other option is to schedule an in-home consultation with one of our designers who can guide you through face frame cabinet styles, wood choices, door styles and color palettes. Afterwards, a 3D project drawing will be created and sent to manufacturing.

Step 2 Graphic.png

Once in the manufacturing process it takes about 1 month before your custom cabinets are ready to install. We select all the hardwoods and plywoods for your project using our utmost discretion to insure the quality of the material used is up to our standards. All of our hardware comes with a life-time warranty! If it does not perform to your satisfaction after the install feel free to reach out to us and we will switch them out.

Step 3 Graphic.png

Depending on the size of the job, installations can take anywhere from 1-5 days. Our team of professionals will install your cabinetry to industry standards using our laser leveling process to make sure all your cabinets are square and level. We strive to leave the project-site cleaner than we found it!

Installation

Step 1 Graphic.png

First, we come in with our plastic sheets and we template the exact dimensions and layout of the kitchen/bathroom counters. This will help us account for things like crooked walls which is fairly common in older homes. We will cut these plastic sheets to size, staple them down, label them, then pull them off and get them ready to be sent out for fabrication.

Step 2 Graphic.png

Templates are then placed onto a large piece of uncut stone, cut to precise dimensions with a Park Industry Yukon bridge saw, and transferred onto a fabrication table for edging. Mitered edges are scored, cleaned, and glued with custom-matched adhesive for a seamless, thick countertop look. Finally, edges are polished for a smooth, shiny finish.

Step 3 Graphic.png

Once all this is finished, the pieces will be delivered to the jobsite and we will dry fit all the pieces to make sure everything fits. Dry fitting is where you place the countertop pieces down for inspection before final installation. Once everything looks good, glue goes down, countertops are placed and countertops are ready to go.
